Approach & Modalities

Integrative Psychotherapist

Julia Jackson is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, whom specializes in crisis stabilization, domestic violence and anxiety/depression as a result of PTSD. Through working with countless individuals suffering from trauma related symptoms she became compelled to discover natural ways to address fears and pain, which become somatized and trapped in the body. Julia seeks to address the whole person combining traditional psychotherapy methods such as RRT, CBT, DBT, and REBT with a multidimensional approach of treating the body, mind, and soul. Through her own spiritual journey and formal education, Julia combines a multi-sensory, integrative approach to address mental health and spiritual well being to promote personal transformation in your life. Julia is skilled at combining the following holistic techniques into her formal psychotherapy practice; Usui/Tibetan Reiki Ryoho, Energy Work, Oracle/Tarot, Sound Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and more.

Julia Jackson intuitively combines her clinical expertise with energy therapy in her private practice to treat the biological, cognitive, social, ecological and spiritual dimensions of life in one unified experience. She empowers and amplifies the client to live their most inspired life processing and transmuting their pain, stepping into a life intentionally filled with personal power, love, acceptance and authenticity.
